The Process

How long does a bespoke design take? Bespoke commissions typically take 10-12 weeks from initial consultation to completion but timelines can vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Do I get to see my custom design before the ring is made? Yes. During the design process, you will receive digital renderings of your piece, and a 3D resin model can be made on request.

Do you work with clients remotely? Yes. I work with clients across the UK and am happy to conduct consultations by phone or video call and all designs are shared digitally.

How do I get started? Simply get in touch by email to arrange an initial consultation. I'll be in touch to discuss your ideas, timeline and budget, and we can take it from there.

Pricing & Payment

How much does a bespoke piece cost? Prices vary depending on the design, materials and gemstones involved, and bespoke designs start at £2,500.

Is there a consultation fee? Yes. An initial consultation fee of £150 is charged for all bespoke enquiries, which is fully redeemable against your commission should you choose to proceed.

Do you require a deposit? Yes. A 50% deposit is required once the design is approved and before production begins. The remaining balance is due on completion, prior to delivery or collection.

Materials & Sourcing

Where do you source your materials? I work with trusted UK-based suppliers who provide ethically sourced gemstones, diamonds and recycled gold.

What metal options are available? I work in a range of metals including yellow gold, white gold, rose gold and platinum. I'll help you choose the best option for your design and lifestyle during our consultation.

Can you source antique or vintage pieces? Yes, sourcing antique and vintage jewellery is one of my specialist services. If you're looking for a particular piece, I'll start by discussing your brief and then work with trusted auction houses and dealers to find the right item for you.

Your Piece

Can you remodel heirloom jewellery? Yes. I specialise in working with inherited stones and existing pieces, giving them new life in a design that suits your style while honouring their history.

I don’t know my finger size. How can I figure that out? No problem! Drop me a message and I’ll post out a ring sizer for you to keep.

Can I return a bespoke piece? As every piece is handmade to order, I'm unable to accept returns. That said, I want you to love your jewellery, and if something isn't quite right I'm happy to discuss adjustments where possible. Please note that changes may incur an additional charge.

How is my piece delivered? All pieces are available for collection in Shrewsbury. I also offer secure next-day shipping within the UK, dispatched once your piece is complete and full payment has been received.
