How long does a bespoke design take?

The timeline for creating a bespoke piece varies based on many factors, but typically you can expect a design process of 3-4 weeks and production of 4-5 weeks.

Do I get to see my custom design before the ring is made?

Yes! During the design process, you will receive digital renderings of the ring, and I can provide a 3D replica of the ring at your request.

How much does a bespoke piece cost?

The cost of a bespoke piece varies depending on the design, materials, and gemstones involved. Prices typically start from £2,000, but I’m always happy to work within your budget and guide you through the available options.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required once the design is approved and before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection.

Where do you source your materials?

I work with UK-based suppliers and partners who provide ethically sourced gemstones, diamonds, and recycled gold.

Can you source antique or vintage pieces?

Yes, sourcing antique and vintage jewellery is one of my specialist services. If you’re looking for a unique period piece, I’ll begin by discussing your brief, then work closely with trusted auction houses and dealers to find the perfect item for you.

Can you remodel heirloom gemstones and jewellery?

Yes. I specialise in working with inherited stones and vintage pieces, giving them new life in a design that suits your style while honouring their history.

I don’t know my finger size. How can I figure that out?

No problem! Drop me a message and I’ll post out a ring sizer for you to keep.

Can I return a custom design?

As each of my rings is handmade to order, I cannot accept returns. However, I want you to love your jewellery, so if something isn’t quite right, I’m happy to discuss redesign options or adjustments where possible. Please note that changes may incur an additional charge.

Jewellery care

I recommend regularly cleaning your jewellery with a soft brush and warm, soapy water, and I suggest removing all jewellery while using any chemicals, lotions, beauty products, or perfumes.
